My skills and Job responsibilities

  • Teaching basketball skills, tactics and techniques;
  • Identifying strengths and weaknesses of participants, inspiring confidence and self-belief;
  • Advising about health and lifestyle issues;
  • Developing training programmes;
  • Having knowledge and understanding of fitness, injury, sports psychology, nutrition and sports science;
  • Working with IT-based resources to monitor and measure performance;
  • Organizing the competitions, feasts, leisure of the sportsmen;
  • Making visas and dealing with hotels;
  • Working like a referee and a referee-secretary;
  • During international competitions I'm working as a translator (English and French languages);
  • Establishes good public relations in the school and community;
  • Demonstrates ability to motivate the team and individual players;
  • Cooperates with maintenance staff, transportation staff, doctors and parents.

    About Me

                I started my career as a coach of basketball in 2008 and for now I'm possessing over 8 years of Training experience. Before that I was a professional basketball player, I was one of the players in the national team of Russia and took part in European Competition.

          At my job my colleagues are saying about me that I have outstanding organizational skills and I am able to successfully complete multiple tasks with favorable results despite deadline pressure.

                   Also I embody the tenacity, motivation and ability to work hard. During the 2012 to the 2013 seasons I was chosen as the best coach. I worked enthusiastically and showed myself as a good communicator.
